Annual Dues

Pack Dues: $100 per child annually

Multi-Child Discount: $25 discount for each additional child

Payment: Make checks payable to "Cub Scout Pack #516"

All Pack Parents use WhatsApp to communicate as a group. Once you have registered:

1. Download the WhatsApp app
2. We will send you an invitation to join the Pack 516 Community

Annual Health and Medical Report

Required Sections: Complete sections A and B

Submission: Turn in to your Pack leaders ASAP

Storage: Forms are kept in a binder and available during all meetings and Adventures

Emergency Use: Will be presented to responding emergency personnel in case of medical emergency
